Hey there! If you’re a wedding filmmaker looking for something a bit different to offer your couples, you’re in the right place!

Want something unique for couples when they enquire to help you stand out from the competition?! Read on…

Shootbox has been set up by wedding filmmakers, in a large part for wedding filmmakers.

Weddings often aren’t only a single day, especially when couples hire out venues for multiple days and have lots going on, not just on the wedding day itself!

Shootbox sends a DJI Pocket 2 or 3 camera (or cameras) to your couple in advance so they can film some B-roll footage before you would normally arrive and well after you’ve gone.

If you’re interested, let your couples know you’ve partnered with Shootbox and are happy to include some of their (good!) footage in their wedding film.

Just remember to agree in advance an appropriate additional editing fee :) We find a simple flat rate works best!

Send them our way and ask them to book the Kit Hire Only option. We send them the DJI Pocket 2 or 3 camera(s) a few days before their wedding and collect a few days after.

We’ll then send a copy of the footage to your couple (or directly to you if they have agreed it with you) to include in their film.

Got questions?

A quick bit about us.

Shootbox is new, like really new. We launched March '24.

Our day job is the Scottish based wedding filmmakers Boda Productions and has been since 2010.

The idea for Shootbox came about a while ago when we were dreaming up things we could add to couples films that were a bit unique and might set us apart in the ever increasingly competitive wedding film market.

Basically, over the years a few couples have asked if we could film some of what was going on the day before or the day after their wedding. Mostly though, it wasn't really an option as it would normally cost too much to have us there on additional days.

So the idea to include some of the before and after footage by sending them our simple to use cameras before the wedding and collect them afterwards was born!
